Appointments

From enquiry to first session

Financial advice consultations need preparation. This page explains how we schedule time, what documents we ask for, and how meetings are held.

  1. Enquiry

Submit the contact form with the consultation type and any deadline. We reply within two working days with availability and a fee confirmation for standard scopes.

  2. Document checklist

For retirement and portfolio work you receive a short list: recent statements, State Pension forecast, and a spending outline. Mortgage enquiries need the lender’s illustration or Decision in Principle where available.

  3. Meeting format

Most clients meet by secure video from home. In-person sessions are offered at 685 Jermey Mountains, Larson Park, Wales, United Kingdom, on agreed weekdays. Sessions typically last 60–90 minutes.

  4. Follow-through

Written notes or plans arrive after the agreed meetings. A follow-up call is included with Retirement Income Planning; other consultations can add one if needed.
